1-How can I enter your event?

The NEPG will announce sign up processes, soon.

2-Is the route sheet available online?

It will, but not until it is approved by the NEPG, which will probably not be until late Friday, February 4.

3-Will lights and tags be required?

SERMA will not inspect for the legality of machines or license/insurance status.  It is the rider's responsibility to meet any and all applicable laws.  By entering, the rider assumes all risks involved.

4-Will spark arrestors be required?

SC Forestry guidelines as well as AMA and SETRA rules require all bikes to be equipped with a USFS approved spark arrestor.
It is the rider's responsibility should law enforcement become involved and/or a protest is filed.
Any traffic or forestry citation will result in immediate disqualification.

5-Do you have any open spots left?

SERMA does not control rows, so please check Live Laps at www.livelaps.com  to see row information and availability.

6-Can I swap rows with someone?

No.  SETRA rules prohibit changing rows for any reason.  Once an entry is accepted, it is non-transferable.  If a rider is not able to attend, he forfeits his spot and it will be sold to another rider on a first come, first served basis.

7-Where is the Gas Stop located, and is there an auxiliary gas available?

There is only one Main Gas Stop in the parking area of the SERMA grounds.  You WILL be allowed to go back to your pit vehicle.
If you need an Aux Gas Stop, it will be away from the start/parking area, and it is your responsibility to get your jug to those spots.

There will be a chase crew cheat sheet posted on the home page before the event.

8-I can't make it to the event, can I get a refund?

Sorry, but we do not offer refunds on pre-entires.

9-Is camping allowed?

Yes.  Primitive camping is allowed on the property.  "Quiet time" is from 10:30pm until 7:00am.

10-Will the race be canceled for any reason?

We do NOT foresee any reason for the race to be canceled.  If for any reason it is, it will be posted on this site immediately!

11-When will the site be updated again?

We try to update the site at least three times a week prior to the event.  I hope to be able to post results within 24 hours after the event.

I hope this has answered any questions you may have.  If you have more questions, you may contact us.
